With a career spanning over four decades, he has held senior leadership roles, including Manager of Human Capital Management and leadership positions within the military and civilian intelligence services of his country. His expertise lies in intelligence analysis, project management, managing recruitment, talent placement, and organizational skills development.
He is technically proficient, holding a National Diploma in Information Technology, which provides a strong foundation for managing information systems and development software. His professional versatility is further demonstrated by his past experience as a business owner and manager in the retail and hospitality sectors.
